Gathered in 1667, The First Church of Christ (now the First Parish Church, Unitarian-Universalist) was the first religious society in Beverly, predating the town by a year.
Volume 2 documents the Church’s vital records from 1772 to 1803, covering the ministries of Rev. Joseph Willard and Rev. Joseph McKeen.
Entries are accessed through an easy to use search utility. Each entry is linked to a color image of the page on which it resides, providing a truly primary source for genealogists and historical researchers. Online help is available, as well as web links to information about the Church and the volume.
The search utility requires a PC running Microsoft Windows Vista or XP with Service Pack 2. Minimum disk storage required for installation is 500 MB.
This search tool provides a previously unavailable primary reference source for genealogists and historians researching late eighteenth century Beverly Massachusetts.
